Uninstall Active Call Center

Follow these steps to uninstall Active Call Center:

Step 1. Make sure Active Call Center is closed. We suggest backing up all important files that have customized data such as Call Trees, Call History, and VBScript Built-In Functions files before proceeding.

Step 2. From the Windows Taskbar, choose Start ... Settings ... Control Panel ... Add/Remove Programs.

Step 3. Select Active Call Center, and click Add/Remove to begin the uninstallation wizard. The wizard will guide you through the remainder of the uninstallation process. Note that the license file is not deleted unless it is removed per step 2.
