Active Call Center integrates easily with Microsoft Fax and Microsoft Word 97/2000 to provide fax-on-demand services.
A wizard is included to simplify the process of building a fax-on-demand server. Access the wizard by clicking Wizards ... Fax on Demand from the menu bar. The wizard will only work if Microsoft Word 97 or 2000 and Microsoft Fax are installed. Refer to the section on Microsoft Fax for more information on installing this utility.
Active Call Center can also be integrated with Microsoft Outlook or Symantec WinFax to provide fax-on-demand capabilities. More information about creating integrated fax solutions can be found in the section titled How to Integrate Faxing.
In addition to Call Trees created by the wizard, a Fax-Back Server example Call Tree is also included in the Examples folder.
